How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1990.

How do I order and how do I pay?
To order from the website add items to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button.  If you wish to purchase more click on the 'Continue' button.  When you have finished shopping and wish to pay either click on the 'Cheque' button to pay by cheque or the 'Checkout' button to pay by credit/debit card or by 'PayPal'.

Why have you got prices excluding VAT first and not the prices including VAT?
We display the prices that exclude VAT first because the majority of our customers are eligible for VAT exemption and thus find this pricing format easier. Some of our customers and some products however are not exempt from VAT, and thus we also display the prices including VAT. All our RRP prices are excluding VAT.

What happens if, after Iíve ordered, I changed my mind and donít want the items?
Bartram Associates Ltd comply fully with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
When you buy from us you have a cooling off period of seven days from the day you receive the goods. If you decide that you do not want the product supplied then you can receive a full refund (excluding packing, carriage & handling charges) provided that you notify us in writing or by e-mail within seven days of the receipt of goods that you want to return.  You will be responsible for the return packing, carriage & handling charges.
Outside of the cooling off period Bartram Associates Ltd is under no obligation to accept the return of goods due to customer ordering error, surplus to requirements or no longer required etc.
For Bartram Associates Ltd to consider the return of goods, the goods must be returned in an unused re-saleable condition and packaged in their original packaging.
In all cases the return of goods must be agreed beforehand with Bartram Associates Ltd and a returns authorisation number issued.
No goods should be returned without prior authorisation. We do not accept liability for unsolicited returns.
In cases when authorisation to return is agreed, a handling and administration charge of 10% (or minimum £10.00 whichever is the greater) of the returns value will be made.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide but contact us for prices outside the UK mainland.

What is the delivery time?
Items are usually dispatched within 2 - 14 working days after receipt of the order.   If items are likely to take longer than this we will offer you the option to cancel without charge.

What if the items I ordered are out of stock?
We will inform you if any of items are out of stock and will take longer than 14 days to dispatch.  If items are likely to take longer than this we will offer you the option to cancel without charge.

Do you supply healthcare products for healthcare professionals as well as individuals?
All our products and services are available to Healthcare Professionals as well as to individuals.

Do you have any finance or rental schemes?
Yes we have finance and rental schemes for many of our products.

Do you sell second-hand and refurbished equipment?
Yes, we buy and sell second-hand and refurbished equipment.
