Returns & Refunds

If you purchase a product from us, The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

We will give you an immediate refund if the item is found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase.

We will repair or replace an item that develops a fault (excluding wear and tear) within 6 months.

Goods found to be damaged or defective upon receipt should be returned for a full refund including any delivery costs within 7 days of receipt.

Items, with exceptions noted on page 3, may be returned for a refund, as long as you inform us that you wish to return the product within 14 days of receipt. We must then receive the product within 14 days of the date of notification, with the product in the same condition as when purchased, including packaging.

Exceptions:

Sterile items may not be returned if the seal or packaging is broken or punctured.

Items cut or altered specifically for the customer may not be returned.

We reserve the right to offer less than full purchase price, if the returned product has been used or unnecessarily handled by you. Please ask for further details.

Mistakes made by Bartrams Associates with regards to orders will be corrected by Bartrams Associates.
